Antal International Empowers Women in Business

I am delighted to share the immense success of our recent recruitment drive at Aligarh Muslim University, Women's College, organized by ANTAL International Aligarh office. The drive aimed to identify and hire highly talented females, providing them with excellent opportunities to pursue a rewarding career in the recruitment industry. Led by Dr. Adnan Firoz Khan and Amberien Athar Siddiqui, our dedicated team conducted around 65 to 70 interviews, seeking out individuals who possessed exceptional communication skills, a desire for independence and confidence, and a strong drive to excel in the recruitment industry.

The level of talent and enthusiasm displayed by the candidates was truly remarkable. After a meticulous selection process, we shortlisted around 20 outstanding candidates who displayed immense potential. Following a second round of interviews, we were thrilled to have chosen 6 exceptionally talented young women to join our team. Their passion, determination, and drive to excel in the world of recruitment left us inspired and optimistic about their future endeavours. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the faculty members of AMU Women's College, especially the Principal of Women's College, Prof. Naima Khatoon, Mr. Saad Hameed (Training & Placement Officer ), and Prof. Mansoor (Training & Placement Officer), for their unwavering support and cooperation throughout the recruitment drive. Their commitment to empowering their students and facilitating a seamless recruitment process was instrumental in the success of this initiative. With the recent addition of 6 highly talented females in my recruitment office, the power of women empowerment becomes even more evident.

Their presence not only signifies the triumph of equal opportunities but also inspires others to believe in their own capabilities and potential. We rejoice in the fact that we are providing a platform for these exceptional women to spread their wings and realize their dreams. Their ability to navigate challenges with grace, their dedication to personal and professional growth, and their unwavering commitment to excellence serve as an inspiration to all. Through their resolute determination, these women exemplify the transformative power of empowerment.
