Client Background & Hiring Requirements

 

Our client, a well-established global business specializing in ID database search for the public sector, launched an internal "start-up" division. This new business unit aimed to develop proprietary technology for mid-sized to multinational companies, enhancing HR management efficiency.

Having already hired a Product Marketing Manager and a Business Development Manager, the company needed a senior Product Management Executive with deep expertise in HR SaaS applications. This leader would be responsible for driving product management and executing the go-to-market strategy.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

The ideal candidate required:

  • Experience: At least 10 years as a Senior Product Manager in an international HR SaaS company.
  • Skills: Strong technical background, team leadership, strategic roadmap execution, and proven success in SaaS pricing strategies.
  • Qualifications: MBA graduate, fluent in English, with spoken Dutch.
  • Location: Based in Europe, with the ability to work remotely but regularly visit the Netherlands office.
