Global IT Services Client – Belgium

Outline: Our client is a major global IT Services company having a strong presence in Belgium. To sustain their rapid growth, especially in the Security field, they were looking for various senior cybersecurity talents.

Challenges faced: This client was facing significant issues with the recruitment of a Cyber Security Expert. The shortage of available talent locally made the search very tough in Belgium.

The Antal solution: - With the limitation of skills in the local market, we had to extend our search across the entire of Europe - We activated the Antal Network for local searches outside Belgium - Most of the candidates submitted to our client were from abroad (Romania, Spain, France …) - We managed, in close collaboration with HR and the Hiring Manager, to organize the first interviews remotely and then the final one, face to face, in the client’s premises

The Process: With the team able to assess the cybersecurity skills of candidates with confidence, we successfully introduced Antal as a global recruitment firm offering expert services in the IT and Security recruitment space. This was only possible, thanks to Antal Networks' global presence and the IT expertise in our office.

The outcome: We successfully managed to attract the ideal candidate from abroad (senior security expert, international experience, ready to relocate to Belgium). Working with the client and candidate, we found the best onboarding solution for all parties. Due to the pandemic travel restrictions, the candidate had to start his engagement remotely, from abroad. He finally successfully moved to Belgium a few months later.
