We are proud to have been nominated for the best use of technology at the Tiara Recruitment Awards. In 2020, Antal launched a new website with an innovative website structure. Our goal is to provide clients and candidates with a smooth navigation to connect with different consultants in different offices around the world. The marketing team not only improved the design, but also the overall structure of the website. The new website is also available in a mobile version through the Antal International app to create a seamless experience, drive candidate engagement and increase client retention.

The Antal team is optimizing the website to facilitate consultants' excellence. Innovation at Antal is not an one-off project: we are constantly updating our online approach by adding new features.

The awards ceremony was held at the Brewery, an elegant venue where all the hiring specialists gathered to celebrate their success. There were great speeches and discussions around inclusion. Steve Ingham, CEO of Page Group, gave a great speech about inclusion and how the recruitment industry has the power to change lives

It was also a fantastic evening to celebrate success with Antal's passionate and dedicated team.
