Hiring for Application Architect - .NET on Azure (native), for a scale-up provider of Digital Engineering platform solutions

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Application Architect (.Net, Azure)
• Reporting Manager: Senior Program Manager
• Location:  Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-sales and solutioning
• Understand product / project needs and design applications and databases to align with business goals.
• Present Application and Database strategy to customers. 
• Present architecture and design to internal and external stakeholders
• Work with other Application Architects and other teams including DevOps, and InfoSec to design robust database spread of schemas.
• Participate in planning, design (and design reviews), development, testing and release.
• Plan for long term maintenance of multiple complex application stacks.
• Plan, execute and monitor business critical ETL jobs to minimize down-time.
• Coach and mentor other Architects and Designers
• Architect and Design large scale solution space.

Candidate requirements:

• 8 to 14 years of experience in of experience in playing Azure cloud-native .NET Application Architecture for large enterprise solutions, comprising Dot Net CORE, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, Azure App Services, RESTful Services, ADO.NET, Containers/ Kubernetes, and suchlike
• Experience in architecting enterprise-wide microservices architecture solutions and systems integration.
• Thought leadership – architecting and designing for large amount of critical business processes and transactions.
• Rich exposure to healthcare domain on HIPPA/FHIR/HL7, GDPR, personal data protection, VPN, etc.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns
• Strong understanding on Azure Infra.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to CXO level
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, to customer locations overseas.
• BE / B Tech in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Good to have skills - Experience of Data Modelling, Data Mapping, building solutions using Azure Data & Analytics PaaS Services: Azure Data Factory, SQL Server (VM + Managed services), ETL, SSIS, Database Schema mapping, database migration, cut-off and roll over planning.
