SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION WITHIN DEPARTMENT:
The SAP Analyst, will be responsible for technical support to our SAP Rollout in our sales subsidiaries around the globe as well as supporting them in their daily business and required changes. He/ she shall optimize our business processes by integrating customized SAP solutions. He/ she supports one of more of our business end to end processes liked Quote-to-Cash, Service-to-Cash, Loan-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Logistics execution and Warehouse Management. He/ She provides solutions for minor changes or enhancements in the system and resolve daily issues. The SAP analyst should have in depth process knowledge to programming skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strong expertise in at least two end to end business processes
• Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation
• Manage production support deliverables such as design document, configuration documents and technical specifications.
• Ability to provide technical programming support to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes.
• Ability to develop and debug EDI, ABAP, Flori, eInvoicing, Forms
• Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform.
• Coordinate and Provide User Acceptance Testing and Support
• Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.
• Complying with industry regulations.
• Keeping informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED:
• Programming skills in ABAP, Java, BTP, Fiori Apps and Forms plus if skills for Invaris and/or Mobisys
• Ability to understand SAP service and sales contracts, pricing, rebates, incentives, and payback/chargeback to provide Support related solutions.
• Fluent in the quote to cash and service to cash processes including the following areas: Quote to Sales order processing, delivery processing, pricing, invoicing, contract management, service order, service notification, repair order, repair estimate, contract & warranty, billing, settlement, inventory, credit & debit, revenue recognition, and BI reporting.
• Understanding of sales & service processes integration with other functional areas like materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and finance and controlling (FI-CO).
• Ability to understand business strategy, analyze business processes, and develop technical solutions to support the enterprise.
• Hands-on configuration and minor/major developmental changes implementation.
• Experience in S/4HANA is preferred
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills and ability to read SAP ABAP programming code with Flori Know How
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to collaborate and effectively work in teams.
• Must have a service-oriented personality
• Fluency in spoken and written English
