Experience - 12 to 15 years

Requirements :

12 + years of experience as a Software Developer in SAP and atleast 3 + years of working as a Tech Lead in SAP Development.

• Experience leading local and remote teams responsible for incremental software delivery in a variety of SAP modules, tools, and technologies.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales OR In an Enterprise with multiple global locations, integrating with multiple enterprise systems and applications.

• Experience developing SAP programs, or updating existing programs, by researching technical / programmatic / SAP extension options, reviewing functional specifications, and deciding on the best technical approach based on technical best practices while keeping the SAP Core-Clean.

• Experience programming in SAP with proper error handling and logging while advancing these frameworks aligned to the evolving needs.

• Hands-on experience in working  with SAP modules integration

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA.

•  Strong experience in SAP UI5, Fiori, OData, CDS Views.

•  Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, EWM, etc.).

•  CI/CD and DevOps practices for SAP development.

•  Experience managing a team of developers and collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
