PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for an Account Developer - personality cluster who will join Stellantis Customer Group Team inside Commercial & Marketing Central Function team to develop and implement account development strategies specific to the Customer account, aimed at cultivating long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities, reporting directly to the Stellantis Customer Group Leader. This job falls under the scope of the company’s smart working policies.
MAIN TASK:
Protect market share and profitability, in charge of Stellantis development for divisions: Interior - Electronic control unit - Software
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement account development strategies specific to the customer account, aimed at cultivating long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to create customer-specific growth plans, mapping out objectives, strategies, and tactics.
• Identify new business opportunities within the customer account by analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs; develop targeted acquisition strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales and acquisition process within the customer account, including networking, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Foster customer intimacy across various customer functions, including purchasing, engineering, and innovation, through tailored relationship-building initiatives and communication strategies.
• Engage with customers to explore cross-selling and up-selling prospects and encourage customer innovation initiatives.
• Monitor the account development, acquisition, and customer intimacy KPIs for customer, adjusting plans and tactics as necessary to meet growth targets.
• Provide leadership to the account development and sales teams focused on customer, supporting ongoing professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless communication, alignment of objectives, and provision of exceptional customer experiences for customer.Your profile - Qualifications and diplomas:
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent.LANGUAGES:
• Fluent in French and in English (TOEIC or equivalent appreciated).
• Italian is well appreciated.EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with Stellantis account and in deep sales network both in customer’s Purchasing and Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience with a successful track record in sales, account development or business acquisition, with strong experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in electronics, hardware or software industries is required.SKILLS:
• Demonstrated ability to manage large customer accounts, develop lasting relationships and communicate effectively across multiple customer touchpoints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure adapting to rapidly changing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional, multicultural teams and drive results.Salary and status:
CONTRACT TYPOLOGY:
• Permanent Contract - Executive status (Manager Grade / Metallurgy Convention)OTHERS:
• Possible agreement for teleworking two days per week.
• Travel to other local French locations on a regular basis.
• Travel to Italy (4-5 times a year) and the USA (Once a year)ANNUAL GROSS SALARY:
• Range from 100.000€ to 120.000€ fixed salary over 13 months, depending on the candidate profile and experience.TARGET:
