Job Description
We are looking for driven, collaborative, and accomplished Account Executives to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Ideal candidates will bring the skills, experience, and track record to make a strong impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets and key performance metrics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, manage pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process, crafting and executing winning sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers in both Business and IT.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Focus on acquiring new clients while maintaining and expanding opportunities with existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaborate with various customer teams, including executives, stakeholders, architecture, operations, design, vendor management, sourcing, and procurement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in executive-level Enterprise.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong curiosity for technology and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in CRM or BPM software is highly preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
