IndustryKey Account Manager
What will you contribute?
- Act as the main point of communication between client-side teams (sales directors, business developers, country managers, etc.) and internal Mirai teams (operations, administration, BI, web, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient interaction.
- Oversee client registration and onboarding processes with support from the operations team.
- Advise clients on business rules, fee structures, tool capabilities, and their application within the system.
- Analyze channels to identify opportunities for growth and assist clients in increasing their sales.
- Collaborate in the development of both internal and client-facing knowledge bases, as well as templates and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements using tools like Jira and BI.
- Participate in client meetings as a B2B expert, offering insights and advice to potential clients.
- Provide input on product improvements and remain attentive to customer feedback to help enhance the tool.

Key Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of processes related to reservations, revenue, hotel reception, reservation centers, hotel chains, travel agencies, bed banks, or tour operations.
- Experience working with hotel sales or contracting teams, preferably with knowledge of hotel contracts.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline distribution, ideally within AAVV and/or companies.
- Analytical mindset and a strong ability to adapt to new tools and environments (extranets, platforms, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, adaptable to any type of interlocutor.
- Experience working with Channel Managers and hotel rate structures.
- Above all, a high level of **motivation** and **enthusiasm**.
