Job Purpose
- Identify, develop and retain key customer relationships in conglomerates, Trade and SME.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement policies at ensuring prompt service delivery to customers
- Drive business to improve the bank’s share in the market and income from relationships
- Resuscitate dormant and create new relationships and deepen existing ones
- Provide / facilitate first class services to customers
- Appraise/analyze credits proposals
- Identify and develop conglomerates banking relationships
- Maximize account profitability
- Asset creation and liability generation

Minimum Education Qualifications
- Minimum education level –First Degree; MBA is desirable
Previous Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum experience – At least 10 years’ experience in a managerial role
