Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)About the Role: As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and supporting reporting processes. Collaborate with the treasury team, contribute to audits, and provide key financial insights to the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions and maintain compliance with accounting legislation and company procedures.
- Book bank statements and prepare external payments.
- Research and resolve booking/posting errors, ensuring timely reconciliations.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance of accounting records with standards.
- Provide support for audits and prepare documentation for financial and regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including treasury and reporting teams.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a proactive approach to financial management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in finance/banking.
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
- Familiarity with Charisma ERP or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- English – medium to advanced level.
- Key Qualities: Accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
