Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances and providing insights for financial planning.

· Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

· General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

· Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns and managing audits.

· Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of stock.

· Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies to support pricing and operational decisions.

· Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

· Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

· Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
