We are seeking a detail and technical oriented person for an Accounting Consultant to join our trusted partner - a leading service provider with more than 100 offices globally and supports organizations by delivering quality value to their business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and supporting their clients' accounting processes and performance optimization by implementing new features of entirely new ERP, BI or CRM systems, ensuring improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful recommendations for developing organizational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of ERP, BI, and CRM systems
- Support process optimization and reporting automation through the integration of advanced technologies
- Maintain the company clients' accounting books and records in compliance with the Bulgarian Accounting Act, IFRS, National Accounting Standards, and clients’ specific accounting policies
- Actively contribute to Corporate Income Tax and VAT compliance processes for clients
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization
- Liaise with tax authorities and other government bodies as required
- Ensure all compliance obligations for clients are thoroughly met
Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in accounting and corporate taxation
- Hands-on experience in implementing and setting up processes within ERP, BI, and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of National Accounting Standards, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
