Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.

· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, conducting performance reviews and providing training to enhance team capabilities.

· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between management and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

· Cost Control: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability within the edible oil sector.

· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

· Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:
· Experience in managing accounts for large-scale operations within the edible oil industry.

· Knowledge of sustainability practices relevant to the edible oil sector.

· Ability to adapt to changing regulations affecting the industry.
