Employment Type: PermanentRole Overview:As a German-Speaking AP Tools Specialist, you will provide first-level support for a financial automation tool that processes purchase invoices. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting system issues, conducting client training, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to ensure the tool's efficiency and accuracy. You will play a key role in enhancing automation processes and achieving a seamless invoice processing experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Accounts Payable (AP) tools, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
- Conduct daily checks and monitor the status of open tasks within the AP tool.
- Collaborate with clients to organize operational calls and resolve any system issues or bugs.
- Proactively identify and anticipate client needs, ensuring high levels of process performance.
- Support the ongoing increase in automation within the AP tool, contributing to a touchless invoice processing rate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with SAP is a plus.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable is advantageous.
