1. Lead and be responsible for the principle design, high-voltage safety design, performance decomposition, and detailed design of the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump for the active suspension, and complete performance planning and target decomposition to ensure that the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump for the active suspension meets system level functional and performance requirements;
2. According to the company's plan, complete the pre research and mass production application of the OEM integrated development method for the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump of the active suspension system;
3. Complete the verification and application of new technologies, new sources, and new materials for the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump of the active suspension system based on market development needs;
4. Plan the technical requirements and performance requirements for the 800V high- voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump of the active suspension system, and complete the technical accumulation to form standards;
5. Construction of testing and verification capabilities for the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump system of the active suspension system;Job requirements:
1. Proficient in the software and hardware principles of the 800V high-voltage motor system, able to independently and guide the team to complete the principle design and detailed system design of the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro-hydraulic pump for active suspension, ensuring the safety of the system's high-voltage electricity first.
2. Proficient in the principles and design methods of four quadrant hydraulic gear pumps, able to independently and guide the team to complete the principle and detailed design of four quadrant hydraulic gear pumps, ensuring that the system flow rate and efficiency meet performance requirements.
3. Have more than 5 years of experience in developing 800V high-voltage motors and high-efficiency four quadrant electro-hydraulic pumps, familiar with the principles and core design key indicators of the 800V high-voltage four quadrant electro- hydraulic pump system for active suspension;
4. Able to communicate in English speaking work without barriers;
5. Complete at least one vehicle/component project development task as the project leader;
6. Strong team collaboration skills, able to collaborate well with colleagues and cross departmental team members to complete tasks.
