Role Definition:-
Provides administrative support and coordination activities for a Managing Director.
Taking care of the calendar, schedule, meeting, travel for the Manging director.
Looking for the resource with similar experience with minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Admin Assistant for MD, Director, Head of department and VP as such.
Responsibilities:-
• Answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
• Maintaining vacation schedule and master schedule of whereabouts for MD.
• Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
• Typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes and presentations for MD.
• Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
Desired Qualification:-
