We are looking for a passionate System Administrator who is eager to contribute value to our team and work on technology projects within a collaborative and international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage devices.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
- Configure and manage user accounts and workstations, maintaining an updated inventory.
- Install, configure, and manage both software and hardware.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues locally and for other companies in the group.
- Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Analyze, design, and improve physical and virtual infrastructures, ensuring high availability and security.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect confidential data.
- Develop and update technical documentation and IT policies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in system technology.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator in complex environments, performing similar functions.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems: Windows Server, Office 365 (email administration, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, GPO, and antivirus platforms.
- Experience with hardware: network infrastructure, servers (Nutanix/HP/Lenovo), Meraki firewalls, etc.
- Experience with cloud infrastructures, mainly Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualization in Hyper-V environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central NAV, Epicor ERP.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with ticket management systems like Kaseya VSA.
