We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical AI Specialist to join our trusted partner - a leading service provider with more than 100 offices globally and supports organizations by delivering quality value to their business.

Your role:

As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for working on different projects in data science, model risk and data management. As part of the team you will plan and lead AI validation models used by clients with focus on identifying crucial risks and controls.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy for AI assurance
• Develop and implement frameworks, models and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for AI/ML systems to build and implement the appropriate tools and validating the AI methodology
• Implementation and validation of AI assessments and audit AI/ML systems according to regulations and industry standards
• Discuss with the team and clients new findings related to AI use
• Lead and develop internally prototypes that can be used later
• Кееp track of the latest AI/ML innovations, developments, best practices and trends

Desired experience, skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience with developing, validating and reviewing AI models  
• Experience and understanding for AI and model risk management (both local and international)
• Experience in project execution – locate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Ability to understand complex model concepts
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, relationship, people and team-oriented skills
• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related fields
