Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development Manager with a role of an individual contributor. The primary responsibilities would identify, negotiate, and manage key alliances thus achieving network expansion targets.
Based Location-pune
Area coverage-Entire Pune
- Lead regional network growth.
- Individual contibutor role
- Experince in franchisee development
- Understand company offerings, competitors, and clients to drive sales.
- Research and pursue leads in target markets.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare profit-maximizing proposals and contracts.
- Identify and close agreements for Dialysis centers in Class A & B Hospitals.
- Onboard and negotiate with Nephrologists.
- Collaborate with marketing and participate in conferences.
- Engage with governments on project execution.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Promote PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) and HHD (Home Hemodialysis).
- Generate and mature leads for CAPD & HHD.
- Coordinate events to promote CAPD & HHD.
- 70% Travelling involved in this role
Job Specification:
- Graduate/PG with 2-5 years experience in Healthcare/Pharma/Consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Market knowledge and P&L understanding.
- Ability to network and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in legal drafting and contract management.
- Self-driven, analytical, and willing to travel (70%).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
