Job Description:
We are seeking an Area Manager (Business Development) to spearhead the expansion of dialysis services in targeted regions. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing key strategic partnerships to meet network growth targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in healthcare by promoting Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) services while building long-term relationships with nephrologists and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional network expansion efforts by identifying and securing partnerships with Class A & B hospitals.
- Promote PD and HHD solutions to healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors and client needs, to maximize revenue growth.
- Negotiate and draft contracts that balance client needs and company profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to expand service offerings.
- Organize and participate in events to promote PD and HHD services.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in healthcare, pharma, consulting, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to network, influence key stakeholders, and handle complex negotiations.
- Excellent market research and business acumen, with a solid understanding of P&L management.
- Experience in contract drafting and management.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ethical, confident, and driven to achieve sales goals.
