Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales operations across multiple states.
- Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned states, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and financial efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2C sales, with a strong preference for experience in the two-wheeler motorcycle industry.
- Proven experience in managing sales and P&L across multiple states.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
