Requisite Skills:
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
- Must have experience with MNC in medical device / pharma.
- Should have excellent grasping capability, ability to connect up with the customers on latest trends, clinicals etc.
- Demonstrates competence in acquiring, interpreting and communicating information.
- Presents ideas clearly in written and verbal forms.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meets the day-to-day demands of the job in a compliant way.
- Deliver sales targets month on month basis.
- Implement sales processes and procedures that are aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
- Manage and develop Kols.
- Drive marketing activities, participate in conferences, attend OTs, train surgeons.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Manage account receivables as per the company’s policy.
