Education and Qualifications:
Degree in graphic design, art, or a related field- from a Tier 1 design college- NIFT, NID, MIT, SreshtiA minimum of 5 years' experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative ad campaigns across various digital platforms.
Organize and coordinate photoshoots, ensuring high standards of brand representation.
Design and manage daily creative tasks, adhering to production schedules and quality benchmarks.
Create a cohesive visual identity for the brand, including design guidelines and branding materials.
Develop mobile application prototypes and provide creative direction on user interface design.
Lead the packaging design process, from concept to final product, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Craft storyboards for video content, collaborating with the production team for effective storytelling.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
Demonstrable experience in leading creative projects and guiding a creative team.
Excellent communication skills with a keen openness to feedback and collaboration.
