We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated individual for the position of Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) specializing in Vascular Access. As an ASM, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management in the Hyderabad region.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
2. Team Management and Support:
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team by setting clear objectives and providing continuous guidance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
3. Product Expertise:
- Gain in-depth product knowledge and understanding of Vascular Access products and technologies.
- Provide technical support and educate customers on product usage, benefits, and features.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
4. Territory Management:
- Effectively manage the assigned territory, including regular visits to customers, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Vascular Access.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide the sales team towards success.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of Vascular Access products, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
