A great opportunity to join as a Assistant Director of F&B at a luxury 5 star hotel in Lisbon
Assists the Director Food & beverage in establishing the highest standard within all catering departments, in order to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and maximise sales
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the entire F&B operation and ensures that all standards are maintained.
- Responsible for assisting all F&B Head of Department in the day-to-day operation of their respective departments
- To ensure that all clients frequenting the F&B outlets are always served promptly and courteously
- Ensures optimal revenue by stimulating sales in terms of covers and average spends.
- Assists the DOFB in daily checking all F&B areas for hygiene and orderliness and she pays attention to the personal care of guests and employees.
- Deputises the DOFB during his/her absence
- Responsible for valuables and equipment in the F&B outlets.
- To make regular quality control inspection within the department.
- Health and safety regulations.
- Deal with all special requirements which effect the department.
- Keep senior management informed of the latest ideas effecting the operation of the department.
- Ensures optimal revenue by stimulating sales in terms of covers and average spends
- Good knowledge of Portuguese Language
