In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, utilizing financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in external audits and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
