Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Brand Management:-
-
Interpreting Management Direction into actionable marketing plan
-
Managing direct marketing campaigns for B2B product segments and the respective lead & ROI management
-
Brand Guideline Control and process flow
2. Budget Management:-
-
Planning Quarterly Budget.
-
Putting up Application for all the activities in advance of the activity initiation.
-
Claim Management by having timely receipt.
-
Coordination with Finance on claims/invoice and vendor payments.
3. B2B Marketing:-
-
Managing focus products marketing programs for B2B marketing launched by RO marcom team on Quarterly basis
-
Development & deployment of eDMs, Whatsapp eDMs, PDF datasheets for B2B models
-
Creation/identification for product videos for key/hero models
-
Preparation and circulation of sales presentation for key models along with PMs
-
Development, printing and deployment of brochures for all B2B product lines with 100% adherence to brand guidelines
-
Managing in-house customer database generated thru various touch points (End customers, service team data, trade show data, website & campaign end customer data base)
-
Managing channel database for RDs, Corporate partners, System Integrators, Retail Partners and managing effective communication with them
-
Managing externally acquired customer databases and ensuring effective & periodic communication with them
-
Create product & solution contents thru benchmark case studies, product videos to articulate the benefits of our products to the target channels and customers
-
Key B2B community management (CIO etc)
-
Timely creation, production and distribution of POSM for B2B Products
-
Website Management for B2B Models
4. Key Campaign Marketing:-

Work with RO team for key B2B product campaigns
5. Advertising & Promotions:-

ATL Marketing & Brand Management

Media Buying
6. Social Media marketing:-
-
Assist in Social media strategy
-
Ensure Live tweets at Events, daily posts/tweets and monitor competition within timelines
7. Paid digital marketing:-
-
Monitor SEO/SEM through Google
-
Development of paid digital marketing campaign & media plans
-
Development of creative that work in paid digital marketing
8. Events & Exhibitions:-
-
Managing trade shows/exhibition program including identifying, planning, execution and sales leads management
-
Channel launch event management for key models/segments (Event planning & execution)
9. Road shows & Dealer meets execution:-
-
Planning of activations and road shows with product team
-
Execution of road shows at the local level
10. Vendor Management:-
-
Negotiate the terms and pricing with the vendors
-
Effective vendor management for Creatives, Printing, retail branding etc (Proper selection, negotiations and execution with Vendor panel for each segment)
11. Agency Management:-
-
Creative Agency Management - Indiamart & D&B
12. PR Management:-
-
Ensuring reach of key PR contents and product reviews to target customers & channels
13. MQL Management:-
-
Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
-
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales experts for further development and closure
-
Handling customer objections and giving qualified leads to the onsite managers for meeting appointments
-
Calling up prospects from mid-size to large companies and talking to CXO level executives and understanding their business environments and setting up meeting appointments for the field sales managers
-
Identify and generate leads via cold calling, email campaign, social media marketing etc.
-
Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries
-
Identify the decision makers, explain the services and schedule demos between Sales Representatives and potential customers.
-
Work on daily targets, goals and metrics
-
Keep updating data into CRM accurately to track the deal progression.
-
Follow-up and set up a status calls with clients to know the pending feedback & speed up the process.
