Brief Description/Role Objective: This role involves increasing revenue through private dining events, managing client relationships, and coordinating with teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize F&B outlet revenues.
- Generate leads, book private events, and manage event logistics.
- Collaborate with outlet teams to ensure flawless execution of client specifications.
- Maintain and update outlet web presence and generate sales reports.
- Build client relationships for repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
