We're hiring for the role of Associate (Equity & Financial Analysis) - CA  

Location:Gurugram 

Qualification/Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial & equity analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and profitability assessments to support investment decisions and risk management.

• Credit Evaluation: Assess the creditworthiness of potential investment opportunities by analyzing financial data, industry trends, and business models.

• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing financial performance, investment opportunities, and risk factors.

• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process for new investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.

• Portfolio Management: Monitor the financial health of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team and other departments to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial analysis and credit evaluation.

• Exposure: Active in VC/PE investor ecosystem with understanding of equity deal process and having network of key investors. Worked on end to end deal steps and participation in negotiations and legal & compliance aspects
