Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from start to finish across various media channels.
- Maximize campaign budget utilization and ensure excellent performance (ROAS).
- Troubleshoot creative and delivery issues, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign goals, execution, and optimization.
- Use analytics to monitor and optimize campaigns against key performance metrics.
- Contribute to digital process improvements and help drive operational efficiencies.
- Assist in performance management, talent development, and training initiatives within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in campaign management, with 3+ years in the retail or media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ad delivery processes, and performance optimization.
- Experience in eCommerce and CMS environments is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital ad formats (display, video, native) and project management platforms.
