A leading Tier 2 law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate (Real Estate) with 2–5 years of PQE to join its dynamic Real Estate team in Mumbai and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Conducting title due diligence and preparing detailed title reports.
• Advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate transactions.
• Managing real estate disputes and providing strategic legal advice.
• Liaising with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Key Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of experience in real estate law, preferably at a reputed law firm.
• Strong experience in title due diligence and handling real estate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
