Our client, a Boutique Investment banking firm specializing in Debt Syndication, Private Credit, Private Equity, and M&A across both private and public sectors. With a proven track record of over two decades, they have successfully facilitated over $14 billion in capital raising through 250 transactions. Recognized as a leading mid-market advisory firm, they have a deep-rooted legacy in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Their turnkey approach to project finance and advisory services spans a diverse range of assets, fostering deep relationships and long-term partnerships with sponsors and promoter groups. With a sector-agnostic perspective, they draw insights from multiple industries to deliver strategic, high-impact financial solutions.

Position: Assistant Vice President/Vice President

Location: Hyderabad (preferred) or Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

• Analysing and evaluating companies across market landscape, policy landscape, financial performance, peers & benchmarks and investor landscape
• Strong business development and commercial acumen, responsible for originating business pipeline
• Building and nurturing relationships with pools of capital across financial institutions, credit funds, private equity funds, buy-out funds/ARCs
• Pitch & positioning solutions to clients through high-quality presentations, investment collaterals and other reports
• Leading front-end transaction execution including reviewing financial models, pitch/presentations, transaction structuring, due diligence and documentation for effective deal management and closures.
• Managing team to support practice performance and P&L

The Successful applicant should meet the following requirements:

Experience – 8 Years (or above) of relevant experience and should have worked in the following specific areas;

• Investment Banking practices of mid-to-large domestic Investment Banks
• Investment Banking/Transaction Advisory under any of the Big 4 firms or other known regional Boutiques
• Corporate Finance/M&A divisions of any Indian corporates

• Financial Analysis | Financial Modelling & Valuation | Pitch & Positioning | Investor Outreach | Transaction Structuring | Negotiation and Closures 

Academic Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (or)
• BE/BTech + MBA (or) CFA (charter holder)
