Aviation Client Solutions Success Manager – Europe

The company’s connected operations platform has been deployed in multiple airports in globally to improve for aircraft maintenance and baggage handling process efficiencies and continues to grow its market presence internationally. The company’s European HQ is based in the Netherlands.
The candidate
As part of our clients recent growth growth, we are now looking for an experience Client Solutions Success Manager to join their expanding team. This individual will be play a crucial role to their success in Europe by bridging the gap between their client and their own technical teams. You will be looking after client projects across Europe with a focus on Germany & deliver operational efficiencies and cost savings to aviation clients. This role will be reporting into the European Sales Director.
The Role
- Act as the Point of Contact for their aviation clients during the delivery and testing of their solution
- Relationship management across different stake holders
- Drive Customer Product Success – ability of their customers to use product & realise benefits
- Closely collaborate with their clients to
- Ensure that they meet the scope requirements and keeping (or exceeding) with expectations
- Work between clients and their remote technical project management team to ensure successful delivery
- Act as the point of escalation for client concerns
- Create and maintain a governance structure with their clients for regular communication
- Recognise opportunity to upsell and cross-sell
- Regular site visits to clients
- Eventually to become a local SME in the company solution
- Represent the company at events
- Assist European lead in sales and lead generation
Qualifications:
- Have an understanding of the aviation industry especially around aircraft turnaround processes
- Experience in Project Management, Service Management, Relationship Management or Technical Account Management within the aviation industry
- Be technically articulate
- Must be fluent in English and German (another language would be a plus)
- Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients
- Confidence, proactiveness and excellent communication skills
