Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Finance to lead our finance team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of finance and accounting experience, particularly within a company with a turnover of ₹100 Cr+. As AVP of Finance, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of a rapidly growing company within the BFSI industry. This is a leadership role where you will be directly involved with senior management and contribute to innovative financial strategies and long-term business success.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the BFSI sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role with a proven track record of managing teams of 5+ members.

• Strong experience in managing financial operations within a company with a turnover of ₹100 Cr+.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations specific to the BFSI industry.

• Strong command of accounting software and HR software widely used in medium-sized enterprises.

• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

• Knowledge of taxation, audit processes, and internal controls.

• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Tools & Technology

• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

• Experience with HR software tools used in medium-sized enterprises.
