Role details:
- Title / Designation: AVP – Talent Acquisition
- Reporting Manager: VP – Human Resources
- Location: Chennai
- Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 days WFO, 1 day WFH
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy for India and APAC, aligning with the organization’s global hiring objectives and growth plans.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities of the organisation.
- Further strengthen the company brand through differentiated candidate experience and engagement
- Monitor all relevant metrics – like sourcing to selection, selection to offer, offer to joining and those relating to candidate experience and engagement – and come up with solutions for improvement, as required.
Candidate requirements:
- 12 – 18+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on India/APAC markets and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing the recruitment of 1,500–2,000 lateral hires annually.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
