Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our passionate team. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the core backend systems that power our ERP platform. While we are language agnostic, familiarity with Java is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the architecture and design of our backend systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology stack.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in backend development with a solid understanding of server-side technologies.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Java is preferred but not required; we are language agnostic.
• Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
