Job Description
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships – or identify new ways of reaching existing markets
- Generate leads and reach out to the appropriate contacts in an organisation
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their requirement.
- Create and develop commercial opportunities which maximises revenue growth.
- Ensure effective & efficient Sale with a good understanding of the sales process & closures
- Achieve the set revenue targets in accord with the business goals & objective
- Ensuring collection – publishing weekly/ monthly Invoice & collection report to management
- Ensuring consistent level of after sales service as per company standards
- Effective client relationship management – ensuring positive, partnership working and client retention
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
- Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
- Adherence to and monitoring of KPIs and reporting to organisation as well as for client
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
