BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER GEORGIA

As we are currently expanding our operations to the CCA market, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who will grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering sales results according to agreed sales plans
- Applying the best possible approach towards sustainable development of Partner pipeline
- Building sustainable, long-term cooperation with Partners
- Preparing presentations and offers
- Managing process of negotiations and renegotiations of agreements
- On-going monitoring of market, competition, and business needs
- Preparation of conferences, webinars and business events for partners
Requirements:
- At least 2/3 years of experience in sales of IT solutions to commercial sector
- Very good knowledge of selling Microsoft services and products (Tier-1 experience)
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques as well as sales processes
- Ability to analyze client’s needs
- Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Good command of Georgian, Russian and English languages
- Compliant tracking records
