Position Overview: We are looking for a Bilingual (Japanese) SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP modules and fluent proficiency in Japanese and English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations in any SAP module. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure SAP systems accordingly, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP implementations.
• Configure SAP systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the SAP system.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Japanese-speaking clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3 and above) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• JLPT Certification is Must (JLPT N3 and above)
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, with expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, SAP BW/BI, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across modules.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.
