Branch Manager
Industry - Industrial Automation (Cutting tools and drills )
Location: Bangalore
Experience – 15 to 20 Yrs
Key responsibilities: -
- Build sales strategy (including forecast/plans) aligned to company’s strategy.
- Drive business of assigned region/ accounts to achieve annual growth & profitability targets.
- Drive sales team through coaching, mentoring and effective performance management.
- Institutionalize sales process by leveraging sales tools and regular monitoring.
- Engage with the leadership team of top customers and dealers to market product offerings and value propositions.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers, dealers and other stakeholders.

- Sales target achievement
- Budget management
- Inorganic business growth through new products, offerings and customers
- Team management (development and training) and succession planning
Primary Interactions
- Internal Stakeholders – Production, Finance & Production Planning
- External Stakeholders - Customers, agents and distributors.
