Job Description: Brand Manager - Nutrition
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager with a passion for nutrition to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Brand Manager-Nutrition, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving the brand strategy for our nutrition products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and meet business objectives in the nutrition industry.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, needs, and insights to inform brand positioning and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to build brand awareness and engage target consumers.
- Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches, product positioning, pricing, and SKU rationalization.
- Analyze market data, sales reports, and consumer feedback to evaluate brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with key influencers and partners to maximize brand exposure and leverage strategic collaborations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop trade marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive product distribution and increase sales.
- Monitor industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the nutrition or health industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
