Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement budgets for all company departments.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports for management.
• Monitor budget execution, identify variances, and develop corrective actions.
• Participate in financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and implement a financial control system.
• Ensure compliance with financial discipline within the company.
Requirements:
• Higher economic education (finance, accounting).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent skills in working with financial models and systems (Excel, 1С systems).
• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• English proficiency at Intermediate.
