Job Overview
As a Business Analyst - Functional Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying client business requirements and recommending appropriate solutions. You will act as an intermediary between stakeholders to communicate and validate requirements, providing consulting and business analysis for implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Consulting:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and offer consulting services during implementation projects.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Consolidate and communicate business stakeholder views.
- Validate requirements for business process, policy, and information system changes.
Requirement Extraction:
- Extract requirements from project documentation and analysis meetings.
Functional Specifications:
- Develop and validate functional specifications documents.
- Create and validate test scenarios.
Technical Solution Design:
- Collaborate with the implementation team to design technical solutions.
Process Documentation:
- Construct detailed workflow charts and diagrams for business processes.
Business Modeling:
- Define workflows and business models using interviews and diagrams.
Training:
- Provide functional and administrative training to customers on implemented solutions.
Product Development Support:
- Assist product development teams in developing and adapting features to meet specific requirements.
Profile
Experience:
- 3-5 years in a similar role.
Education:
- University degree in technical or economic fields.
Certifications:
- Preferred certifications include Business Analyst, Project Management, Process Analyst, ITIL, and AGILE Methodology.
International Projects:
- Experience with international projects is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with ECM (Enterprise Content Management), DM (Document Management), and reporting tools is advantageous.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to business users.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
Language:
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
