Full Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data versus budget projections, identifying variances.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and consolidate data alongside the finance and functional teams.
• Develop Long Range Plans (LRP) with key stakeholders, coordinated by the Head of Europe.
• Coordinate production planning with the sales team based on S&OP and LRP data.
• Conduct pricing analyses with the commercial team.
• Support month-end and year-end estimates with sales and finance teams.
• Manage inventory planning and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage monthly forecast publishing and reporting.
• Submit annual budgets and Long Range Plans in the ABS format.
• Prepare monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Leadership Team reporting decks.
• Collect and input data accurately, adjusting templates as needed.
• Coordinate data input and reporting with other stakeholders.
• Monitor action plans and review minutes from Integrated Europe Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.
• Create European reporting decks in collaboration with the Business Director.
• Generate ad-hoc reports when requested by EU or global offices.
• Drive digital initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Actively contribute to high-priority strategic projects.
• Handle additional tasks to support business performance analysis and decision-making.
• Provide actionable insights and impactful dashboards.

Requirements

• Data Analysis: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or Qlik.
• Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects or Microsoft Power BI.
• Data Visualization: Ability to transform complex data into clear visual insights.
• Communication: Ability to present findings and storytelling with data.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies according to project needs.

Education

• Strong expertise in Data Analytics.
• Preferably with experience in the Agriculture or Seeds industry.

Business Acumen

• Good understanding of finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain operations.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: 7.000 - 11.000 Ron NET, negotiable based on candidate experience and seniority
