Salary Level: 80 000 EUR/Year Brut

     Job Purpose

The Business Analyst Service role supports the Customers, Markets, and System Operations (CMS) department by acting as a critical link between Business and IT, ensuring the development of innovative energy solutions.

This role drives the design, evolution, and implementation of business processes and IT tools essential for a sustainable energy future.

     Key Responsibilities

Language: English C1, French native

Support the business in developing and evolving new and existing products.

Define business expectations, model information and operational processes.

Develop and manage business data for enterprise data warehouse solutions.

Analyze business needs and outline solution requirements.

Serve as Scrum Product Owner, managing the product backlog and priorities.

Validate IT functional analysis to ensure alignment with business specifications.

Prepare and execute test cases for sprint implementations.

Coordinate application implementation across cross-functional projects.

Support and coordinate software validation (UAT) and integration tests.

Provide training and user support for optimal tool utilization.

     Qualification

Education:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Science, or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years in a similar role.
Certifications:
Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.

Technical Skills:

Business process and data modeling, functional specifications, agile/scrum methodology.

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, customer focus, teamwork, flexibility, and critical thinking.
