2. Developing financial models for projects to assess their investment attractiveness, including analysis of NPV, IRR, and other key financial metrics.
3. Maintaining regular management reporting on ongoing projects, including monitoring timelines, financial performance, and outcomes, followed by reporting to the shareholder.
4. Budgeting and monitoring financial indicators, including performance analysis, as well as developing contingency plans in case of significant deviations to ensure project stability and resilience.
5. Performing control functions in the financial domain, including monitoring expenses, payments, procurements, and other transactions to ensure financial discipline and mitigate business risks.
6. Providing comprehensive administrative support to management, including organizing workflows, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient operation of projects.
