Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development/ Account Manager.
• Exposure to Destination Management/Conference Management/ Meetings and Events in the UAE will be a plus.
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Management studies or any similar technical University degree (MBA)
• Excellent working knowledge of MICE concepts and awareness of trends in the MICE industry.
• Effective organisational Capabilities Confidence, immense perseverance and determination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and ability to interpret research data.
• Microsoft office is mandatory
