Job Description
Positon will give you opportunity to lead market expansion efforts for a cutting-edge software tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential markets and business expansion opportunities
- Identify key segments, regions, and industries to target for business growth.
- Identify and approach potential customers, partners, and distributors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, events, and digital outreach.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry influencers, resellers, and technology partners.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts to drive mutual growth and profitability.
- Active sales to the customers or partners
- Provide insights, market intelligence, and feedback to improve product offerings and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market entry roles,
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and business software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language excellence in Croatian and English
